The recreational facilities, including the boats, outdoor pool, and fishing, provided endless entertainment for everyone. The proximity to Tuan Chau Beach and Dolphin Club allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings and participate in various water activities. Additionally, we were thrilled to find out that the cruise ship offered complimentary babysitting/childcare services, which gave my wife and me some much-needed relaxation time while knowing our children were in good hands.
My wife says that the only suggestion she has for families with children is to have more child-friendly food options available. While the meals overall were excellent, my kids wished there were some dishes specifically tailored to their tastes.

The Perfect Getaway: From the moment we stepped on board, we were transported to a world of luxury and tranquility. The beautiful bed decked in white greeted us like a cloud, providing the perfect spot to rest after a day of exploring. It felt like sleeping on a fluffy marshmallow!
Stains on Sheets.

My recent getaway to a cruise in Halong Bay was a mixed experience. the location was picturesque with nearby spots such as the cave on the last day and Surprising caves that shouldn't be missed. the staff was friendly, polite, and attentive. the room was cozy, and the bathroom was clean. Although breakfast was excellent, the drinks were a bit on the expensive side. the activities were well planned with some free time. the transportation was disorganized on the way back, causing unnecessary waiting time.

Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful! Activities we did were also very good! The cruise offered a variety of delicious dishes, catering to different dietary preferences. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, providing timely assistance and friendly service. the activities organized by the cruise were enjoyable and well-planned, allowing us to explore and appreciate the surrounding beauty.
Wi-fi was unreliable, which was frustrating as it limited our connectivity. Despite this setback, the cruise itself was fantastic and the lack of Wi-fi did not hinder our overall experience.

I recently went on a 2 days 1 night trip with Silversea Cruise and it exceeded all my expectations. the boat was new and in excellent condition, and the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. the service provided was five-star, from the moment the bus picked us up on time at our hotel to the delicious and plentiful food served on board. the itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to visit Diamond Cave on Cat Ba and experience the beauty of Ha Long Bay through activities like swimming and kayaking. it was a luxurious and memorable trip that I highly recommend. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 😊.

I had an incredible experience on the 3-day cruise with Silversea. The ship manager, Owen, personally arranged a comfortable private car for our airport transfer. The food onboard, prepared by chef Minh, was delicious and accommodated all dietary restrictions. The staff, especially Owen, Power, and How, were friendly and engaging, making the whole experience fun and interesting. I can't recommend this cruise enough!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Halong Bay and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location of this place is breathtaking, nestled back to the bay with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It's truly a sight to behold. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to help with a smile. The room was impeccable, with a comfortable bed that provided the best night's sleep I've had in Vietnam. The amenities were also exceptional, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

This cruise was spectacular! The staff was incredibly friendly and the interiors were classy. I enjoyed having a balcony room as it gave great scenery views of the bay. On the second day, we went out further into the bay, and it was less crowded. The food was quite good too, with reasonable priced drinks and good cocktails. The transportation was done with great ease and the location in between activities was great.
Can't think of anything.

However, our experience on the Halong Silversea Cruise was exceptional from start to finish. The spacious steel ship was both luxurious and safe, with charming wooden interiors. Our comfortable room included a private balcony and a large hot tub. The staff, including our friendly guide Erik and Power, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was the highlight of our stay, with each meal being incredibly delicious and served in multiple courses. The activities offered were enjoyable and added to our overall experience. We hope to return one day and highly recommend this hotel.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The view of the bay was breathtaking, and the food was plentiful and delicious. I also appreciated the friendly staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we were able to relax on the sundeck while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.
The bus transfer was uncomfortable, and some of the activities felt rushed. it was a good experience, but I wish there had been more transparency with the charges and more time to fully enjoy the activities.

The food was absolutely exceptional. So many delicious dishes to try, we were spoilt for choice. the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the view from our room was breathtaking. the location was also great, within easy reach of all the main attractions and sights.
Our experience was let down by some disorganization. We felt like we were herded around and pushed from one activity to the next without any real time to relax and enjoy the scenery.
